are you set on succeeding?

The surreptitious life of expectations that lurk inside of your subconscious are a VERY important thing to assess before going after any goal.

Henry Ford said it a long time ago: “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right.”

Add to this the famous Rumi quote: “What you seek is seeking you,” and you may start to better understand my point.

If you expect failure, you begin collecting data that you are failing. You further and further trap yourself in a space of doubt.

On the flip, if you expect success, you begin collecting data that you are succeeding. You further and further expand you space of hope and confidence.

It’s radical that this choice—to trap yourself or free yourself, resides in your very own mind.

Yet people will look literally everywhere else—a therapist, a pill, a journey to a distant land, a shopping spree, you name it, to feel rid of that trap.

Only, when the session is over, the pill has flushed out, the trip has ended, the clothing has gone out of style, you still feel trapped.

I am encouraging you to be unafraid of exploring your mind.

What beliefs are holding you back?

Nobody but you can choose to stop believing them and start believing something true: that you are worth it.
