Your movement sessions will be at the core of your “life fitness” work, with mindset, meditation, tribe, nutrition, and breathwork as supporting factors. Most clients start with 1:1 movement sessions until they are prepared for more advanced trainings like: cold and hot exposure, extended fasts, ecstatic dance, and more of the “eccentric” training modalities I love and adore and which allow you to expand your horizons and deepen your knowledge of your brain, body, and spirit.

fitness sessions
Private, semi-private, and small group fitness sessions, in-person and online.
Each session, we will employ techniques towards better fitness by taking you outside out your comfort zone and practicing progressive overload of resistance. Pranayama, HIIT, powerlifting, and mobility are some session staples for my average client.
Those with current budget restrictions may consider working in a pair or as a team. This is a useful source of camaraderie and added accountability, and removes financial blockages to being healthy.
