your mind: the one thing you can control yet cannot escape
MINDSET.
It is a core pillar of some of the most incredibly transformational programs in existence.
From the Wim Hof Method to Joe Dispenza to John DeMartini to Esther Perel to David Goggins, mindset is the core piece that cannot be escaped and must be exposed.
Not just exposed, but transformed.
What are our minds but a series of projections, conjectures, and images…kind of like silly putty in the material world, and a pallet of infinite colors in the energy world.
What we do with those colors is up to us.
Yet we spend a lot of time thinking (haha, ironically) that we can do nothing about it.
That we are:
❌ victim to our thoughts
❌ powerless to our emotions
❌ weak in the face of authority
❌ fixed in our personality
❌ chained to our memories
❌ overall, unchanging, unchangeable beings
It used to bother me a lot as a girl and young adult when I’d hear people say: “that person is just like that…they will never change.”
Wow! That’s the crux of my mission and work as a coach.
YOU, my friend, CAN CHANGE.
YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO CHANGE, you may just need the tools to work with the colors of your mind.
Here are three questions you can use as keys to stop feeling like a victim of your mind and become the queen of your mind, today.
q1: what do you want to do with your colors?
This is question #1 you must address.
Let ‘who you are’ go, and just imagine where you want to direct your energy for your most full-throttle, no holds barred, expressed, love-infused life.
This is how you begin to form an image of your positive, bright future and bring it towards you.
Spending time in the past or dwelling even in the present (clinging to moment to moment to moment as if afraid to climb to the next rock on a rock climbing wall) just creates more of what was. You want new. You want positive change. So start spending time in the future.
Start unfolding who you are to become the rainbow you have been holding back.
q2: where does the center of your head exist in space?
Beyond you.
Connect to the center of your head and notice what space it occupies, in space.
Beyond you.
This is a great way of accessing where you’ve really been wanting to place your attention, yet haven’t allowed yourself to.
There is an infinite realm beyond you, and you’ve conditioned yourself (something you can totally break and re-condition differently) to focus on what you decided mattered but never really mattered to you.
q3: who are you without your mind?
Yeah, weird—I know.
All of a sudden, you become present.
That canister of pain, stress, worry, and fixation on the little things that don’t really matter (back to Q2 Key) disappear.
You are just here, now.
This is how you connect to your Bodymind, a place of infinite presence and possibility. A place of relaxation and healing. A place of vibrancy and gratitude.
Without your mind, you just are.
And that’s where you find your flow.
Remember, you are:
✅ the observer and director of your thoughts
✅ the observer and alchemist of your emotions
✅ resilient in your authenticity
✅ capable of changing your personality
✅ infinite in potentials
✅ overall, an unlimited being
OSHO, the great meditation teacher and philosopher, once said: “the mind can be a beautiful servant or a dangerous master.”
I believe there is a middle path: hence, being both the observer and director…both the observer and alchemist, of your thoughts and emotions, byproducts of the mind.
Ultimately, you GET to witness what you think and choose to drop it by dropping into your heart. Breathe in and out of your heart. Think less, feel more. Become greater than your mind.
You got this,
