I have recently adopted a slow eating approach (slower than before), and it’s benefits are transcending into all aspects of my existence. Today I will share some of my fitlosophy on slow eating, why you may consider adopting the practice, and I will serve a simple starter’s guide to slow eating on your own.

If you can offer these words wherever you go, you will be well off. People believe that holding on to their wealth, emotions, talents, energy is the way; but it is not. Enter any room, find a person who looks even slightly bogged down (RPE 6 or higher 😉) and pitch this line to them: “How can I help?”

your mind: the one thing you can control yet cannot escape
OSHO, the great meditation teacher and philosopher, once said: “the mind can be a beautiful servant or a dangerous master.”
I believe there is a middle path: hence, being both the observer and director…both the observer and alchemist, of your thoughts and emotions, byproducts of the mind.
Ultimately, you GET to witness what you think and choose to drop it by dropping into your heart. Breathe in and out of your heart. Think less, feel more. Become greater than your mind.
